  1. It’s a recurring questions, isn’t it Mick? Whilst not completely against the idea of outsourcing certain tasks in maintaining a social media presence, I think people want to do business with people. So long as initial contact – when it comes to potential leads, JV’s and partners – reaches the right person, there is an opportunity to follow up, and take the relationship offline. Very few successful business relationships succeed when conducted solely online. My advice would be to use agencies where needed, by all means, but not at the expense of self involvement, too. Fair?

      We can’t outsource a personality or deep product knowledge that’s for sure, so we do not advocate outsourcing engagement – just the tools and resources needed to communicate effectively.

      We want business to use our service to provide the resources and training needed to enable them to A. Understand the internet and the tools available to them. B. Teach them how to leverage these tools to build and then personally communicate with their network.

      Social media is about people and this has to be in the first person…
